1. Booking Fee: A £30 booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your final bill upon completion of the work.
2. Travel Surcharge: Our standard rate covers a 5-mile radius from our base. Locations outside of this radius will incur an additional travel fee to cover extra time and fuel. Any Congestion Charges or ULEZ fees incurred will be added to the final invoice.
3. Cancellations: The booking fee is non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice.
4. Parts Warranty: New components supplied by us include a 15-day shop warranty against manufacturing defects. After 15 days, the manufacturer’s warranty applies; we do not handle these claims, and any future labour costs for replacement are not included.
5. Customer-Supplied Parts: If you provide your own equipment, we guarantee the installation only. We are not responsible for the performance, failure, or damage caused by parts we did not supply.
6. Workmanship & Liability: We guarantee our professional installation. However, we are not liable for pre-existing electrical or mechanical faults. A vehicle health check (noting existing dashboard lights) will be performed before work begins.
7. Vehicle Trim: While we take the utmost care, we are not responsible for brittle clips or aged plastic trim that may break during standard removal (common in older vehicles).
8. Final Inspection: Customers must inspect and confirm satisfaction with the installation before the technician leaves. Once the vehicle leaves our care, we are not liable for unrelated electrical issues.
